The works comes through by rhytmic Theory foi concebido na residência artistica Robert Rauschenberg (2015) na Florida, a partir de textos-poesia-pauta escritos com repetição de sílabas ou vogais, o texto é transcrito através de um teclado, elementos simples que potenciam a sua capacidade de transformação sonora através de ritmos midi. Ao estender este processo de abstração linguística, estamos a criar um novo lugar, temos assim um alfabeto a flutuar e a criar novas relações, no seu espaço e tempo. A artista desde 2015 tem vindo a trabalhar sobre o sentido de abstração, como a série de trabalhos “Escape from reality” ou “Paisagens Pedonais da cidade do Porto” que estão impressa em serigrafia sob tecidos de grandes dimensões criando uam camuflagem entre os performers e o público.

The works comes through by rhytmic Theory was developed at the Robert Rauschenberg artistic Residency (2015) in Florida, based on poem-texts written with repetition of syllables or vowels, the text is transcribed using a keyboard, simple elements that enhance the its ability to transform sound through midi rhythms. By extending this process of linguistic abstraction, we are creating a new place, we thus have an alphabet floating and creating new relationships, in its space and time. Since 2015, the artist has been working on the sense of abstraction, such as the series of works “Escape from reality” or “Pedestrian Landscapes of the city of Porto” which are printed in silkscreen on large fabrics, creating camouflage between the performers and the public.
